Russell Sage doesn't believe that students should have to run around trying to get their questions answered and figure out who to email. Uh, email. So whenever you have a question, any question about your schedule, about your meal plan, financial aid, where to go for help when you're struggling in any way, or just to find where the best pizza is at the Solutions Desk is there for you.

They'll either find the answer, bring someone to you with the answer, or you'll go find the answer together. You'll find a Solutions Desk on both campuses, in the libraries, on the Troy and Albany campuses.

Oh yeah! There's also an online version with a live chat if you can't get to the Solutions Desk. You could find it on the Solutions section of the website.
