    Saadé DiTL

Ever wonder what a typical day looks like for a RSC student?

    Meet Saadé.

Hey y'all, my name is Saadé White and this is a day in my life at Russell Sage College. To start my day, I did my hygiene and skincare routine. Then, I made myself a matcha latte and a small breakfast to fuel myself for the morning. This morning routine is super important to look good and feel good, especially on days where I have in-person classes like today.

Since I'm a commuter, I drove to Troy and arrived 50 minutes early to work on my paper at our campus library. After that, I walked across the courtyard to my first class, and the fall leaves were so pretty and it really set my mood for the day.

Here I am in my animal behavior course where we learn about their biology and evolution. This course counts towards my environmental science minor even though we're all here to get a good education, Russell Sage has so much more than just academics.

Here's me a few weeks ago preparing for my role as an elf in the play, "She Kills Monsters." Even though I'm a public health major, I was able to audition and have a role in the show, which was a really cool opportunity.

Since I'm also a Social Justice Scholar and the current President of the Sustainability Club, I want to Opalka Gallery on the Albany campus to attend a film about indigenous peoples and sustainability. Thanks for coming along with me!
